This group began a a joint project of the American Medical Writer's Association and the Society for Technical Communication. For over a decade, freelance medical and technical writers in the St Louis local area have been meeting for lunch (each person pays for their own meal) about every other month. The group re-named themselves "TechWriteSTL" in March 2013. All interested parties are encouraged to attend - contact Lisa Balbes (lisa@balbes.com) or Joanne McAndrews (joanne@joannemcandrews.com) to be added to the electronic mailing list.
